SIJ Distraction Test
The SIJ Distraction Test is part of the Laslett et al. 2003, clinical prediction rule that can be used to rule in the SIJ.
In isolation the SIJ distraction test yields fair specificity. According to Laslett et. al. 2005:

This test appears to be clinically useful in isolation, but it yields better clinical utility when used in combination with Laslett's Clinical Prediction Rule
